		<description>Hey, RV, when steaming the squash, do I need to peel it first? I&#039;m assuming yes, but I don&#039;t have a lot of experience cooking with squash. I am planning on making this over the weekend -- my CSA is big on squash right now, and I have a perfect butternut squash. I have a spaghetti squash, too, that I haven&#039;t decided what to do with yet.
